Koi Breeder’s Cabin – inside shot

The illustration is a shot from the inside of the koi breeder’s cabin that I have designed for my personal project inspired by Japanese architecture and culture. The breeder keeps the fish in the pond in the centre of the house (the rooms are U-shaped), feeds them with potions made out of plants from own crop in order to make them unique with some extra traits and put them into spherical glass tanks wound with rope wattles. The tanks are hung on the ceiling joists next to the pond. The key element in the frame are the working tables used while preparing the potions and tanks. There is one unique glass tank with just modified koi fish on the table. In the background you can see a portion of the living area (on the left), a garden with the fish pond (in the centre) and the room with the plant crop (on the right). In the foreground there are furniture from a study corner: a table with some scrolls and a rack with books.

Ilustracja przedstawia ujęcie z wnętrza chatki hodowcy rybek koi, które projektowałem w ramach własnego projektu inspirowanego architekturą i kulturą Japonii. Hodowca trzyma rybki w oczku wodnym w środku domu (pomieszczenia ułożone są w literę U), karmi je eliksirami przygotowanymi z roślin z własnej uprawy, żeby nadać im nowe unikalne cechy i zamyka je w akwariach w formie szklanych kul owiniętych w plecionki z lin. Akwaria są zawieszone na belkach stropowych obok oczka wodnego. Głównym elementem kadru są dwa robocze stoły, przy których hodowca przyrządza eliksiry i przygotowuje akwaria. Na jednym stole stoi szczególne akwarium, w którym są umieszczone świeżo zmodyfikowane rybki. W tle z lewej strony widać fragment części mieszkalnej, ogród z oczkiem wodnym na środku i domową uprawę roślin po prawej. Na pierwszym planie widać fragmenty mebli z kącika studyjnego – stół ze zwojami i regał z książkami.
