The Skyward Asylum – Illustration with architecture concept

I invite you to a place high in the mountains where you can enjoy the view of green valleys and look at slow-moving fluffy clouds, all with a sound of water in the background.

In this project I have designed a small building unified with the nature. The main inspiration for the architecture was the Chapel of the Corpus Christi located at the corner of the Toledo Cathedral.

I designed the building using pencil sketches. Then I did a rough 3D model in Blender to verify the proportions and then I drew a pencil drawing with right perspective and details. The linear drawing became a base for the digital illustration in Krita.

Zapraszam do miejsca wysoko w górach, gdzie przy dźwiękach szumu wody można cieszyć się widokiem zielonych dolin i obserwować wolno sunące puszyste chmury.

W tej pracy zaprojektowałem niewielką architekturę, która tworzy spójną całość z okoliczną przyrodą. Główną inspiracją dla architektury była kaplica Ciała Chrystusowego obok katedry w Toledo.

Budynek zaprojektowałem za pomocą ołówkowych szkiców. Następnie zrobiłem prosty model 3D w Blenderze, żeby zweryfikować proporcje, a następnie narysowałem większy rysunek ołówkiem z właściwą perspektywą i detalami. Linearny rysunek stał się bazą do ilustracji cyfrowej, którą namalowałem w Kricie.
